Color Kinetics Wins Summary Judgement

In a somewhat different post, I thought it was appropriate to point out that Color Kinetics, where my good friend George is the Founder Chairman, won a huge summary judgement in a patent infringement lawsuit against Super Vision International Inc.
This is a huge win for Color Kinetics who is already having a breakout year this year. Congrats guys.
