Xplana™ Learning Launches

Posted by Ryan Sarver under: Personal .

“Xplana™ Learning is committed to providing meaningful educational experiences to users around the globe. Our goal is to create educational software that allows teachers to focus on teaching and students to concentrate on learning. We believe that technology is a key component to instructor and student success, but that technology should blend with human touch and imagination rather than disrupt them. Our products emphasize usability and learning engagement and our consulting and services center on creating valuable learning experiences through practice and exploration. Our team brings together decades of teaching and technology to serve clients in the most effective and innovative manner possible.”

Well, June 1st has finally come and passed and EXIT33 is now Xplana™ Learning. The move was to help us move towards our new focus as an educational software company.

Also on June 1st, we migrated the original xplana web zine to www.xplanazine.com. It now is powered by Movabletype 3.0 and we completely reskinned the entire zine. I will probably write an entry on the new DevBlog about the entire process to give our readers some insight into what goes into a launch of that scale.

But most importantly, on June 1st, we launched the first live version of XplanaCourse™ for the Modern Languages group at Univsersity of Oklahoma. As of this fall, they will be using our software as their Course Management System and will be giving us great feedback and further product definition as we move forward.

These are all great moves for a company, and the horizon is looking brighter each day. We continue to plan new products with insane delivery schedules, but thats what makes us different.

I will be sure to post more information as we finish the whitepapers and case studies on the products. Please feel free to email me if you have any questions / comments at ryan dot sarver at xplana dot com
